Meet Sandy

I moved to San Francisco from the East coast in 1995 and I've lived in San Francisco ever since. I have two boys who talked me into getting two dogs. I love being outdoors and often walk my dogs in Noe Valley, to Dolores Park or Glen Park Canyon. I've been practicing Hot Yoga for over 20 years, three times per week and I'm also a certified hot yoga instructor. I find that the meditation of the practice, the focus and patience it requires, translates into my work as a Realtor® as well. Prior to real estate, I worked in Healthcare which gave me many of the skills I use daily: connecting with people, managing projects, negotiating contracts and most importantly, an understanding and ability to help people in stressful situations. To feed that desire to connect with and help people, I volunteer visiting the elderly, mentoring young girls and with Sidewalk Talk.

 

I bring honesty, integrity and open communication to all of my real estate endeavors. From the first meeting, I listen to what my clients need and want. By listening to my clients down to every last detail, I am able to create a unique strategy tailored specifically to each individual client’s goals. I provide guidance and market knowledge to help clients hone in on what is most important to them, and I have the patience and experience to know that sometimes that takes time, and sometimes it changes as we go through the process.

 

I understand the stress of purchasing or selling a home; by maintaining a calm, patient, responsive and positive attitude, I am able to provide a truly supportive approach to real estate. To ensure a smooth transaction, I will be there every step of the way, from scheduling and attending inspections, acting as a liaison with other parties involved in the transaction, addressing concerns, negotiating on your behalf and providing guidance and resources.
